This End User License Agreement (“Agreement” or “EULA”) is a legal agreement between you (“User”, “you”) and Vink ("website sweetsdating.com",“Company”, “we”, “our”, or “us”), governing your access to and use of the Vink mobile application and related services (collectively, the “App” or “Service”).
By downloading, installing, accessing, or using the App, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by this Agreement, our Privacy Policy, and our Terms of Use.
If you do not agree with this Agreement, you must not download or use the App.
This Agreement is concluded between you and Vink only, and not with Apple, Inc.
Apple and its subsidiaries are third-party beneficiaries of this Agreement and may enforce this Agreement against you.
Vink app, not Apple, is solely responsible for:
· the App and its content
· maintenance and support
· addressing claims related to the App
· compliance with applicable laws
Apple has no obligation to provide maintenance or support services for the App.
Subject to your compliance with this Agreement, Vink app grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to download and use the App on devices you own or control for personal, non-commercial use.
You may not:
· copy, modify, or create derivative works of the App
· reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the App
· distribute, sublicense, rent, or lease the App
· use the App for illegal or unauthorized purposes
The license automatically terminates if you violate this Agreement.
To use the App, you must:
· be at least 18 years old (or the age of majority in your jurisdiction)
· comply with all applicable laws
· provide accurate account information
The App is not intended for minors.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that provide false or misleading information.
Vink app is a dating and social discovery platform designed to help adults connect with other adults.
Vink app does not conduct background checks on users and cannot guarantee the identity, intentions, or behavior of other users.
Users interact with others at their own risk.
Vink app is not responsible for the conduct of any user, whether on or off the platform.
You may upload photos, messages, profile information, and other content (“User Content”).
You retain ownership of your User Content.
However, by submitting content you grant Vink app a worldwide, royalty-free license to:
· host
· display
· Reproduce
· Distribute
· process
your content for the purpose of operating and improving the Service.
You represent that:
· you have the right to share the content
· the content does not violate any law or third-party rights.
Vink app maintains zero tolerance for objectionable content.
You may not use the App to create, upload, transmit, or share content that includes:
· pornography or explicit sexual content
· sexually exploitative material
· nudity intended for sexual gratification
· content involving minors
· hate speech or discrimination
· harassment or bullying
· threats of violence
· illegal activities
You may not:
·impersonate another person
·engage in scams, fraud, or spam
·solicit money or financial information
·distribute malware or harmful code
·stalk, harass, or intimidate other users
Violations may result in:
·content removal
·account suspension
·permanent account termination
·reporting to law enforcement where required.
To maintain user safety and comply with platform policies:
·the App is not designed for anonymous or random chat services
·users must create identifiable profiles
·certain moderation and safety systems are used to monitor user-generated content
Vink app reserves the right to limit or disable features that may facilitate unsafe or anonymous interactions.
Vink app uses a combination of:
·automated systems
·human moderation
·user reports
to detect and remove harmful or objectionable content.
Users can report violations through the in-app reporting system.
We reserve the right to:
·review user content
·remove content
·suspend or terminate accounts
at our sole discretion.
Vink app encourages users to exercise caution when interacting with others online.
You are solely responsible for your interactions with other users.
We recommend that users:
·never share sensitive personal information
·meet in public places
·report suspicious behavior
Vink app does not verify all user identities.
Certain features of the App may require payment or subscription.
Payments made through the Apple App Store are handled by Apple.
All billing and refund requests must be directed to Apple in accordance with Apple’s policies.
Subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled through your Apple account settings.
The App and all related intellectual property, including:
·software
·trademarks
·logos
·design
·content
are owned by Vink app or its licensors.
You may not reproduce, distribute, or exploit any part of the App without prior written permission.
Your use of the App is also governed by our:
·Privacy Policy
·Terms of Use
These documents explain how we collect, use, and protect your personal information.
We may suspend or terminate your account at any time if:
·you violate this Agreement
·you engage in harmful or illegal behavior
·we believe your use of the App creates risk or legal exposure
Upon termination:
·your license to use the App ends immediately
·you must stop using the App.
The App is provided “AS IS” and “AS AVAILABLE.”
Vink app makes no warranties regarding:
·uninterrupted service
·accuracy of user content
·compatibility with all devices
·the behavior of other users.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Vink app disclaims all warranties.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Vink app shall not be liable for:
·indirect or consequential damages
·loss of data
·loss of profits
·damages arising from interactions between users.
Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid to use the App in the previous 12 months.
You agree to defend and indemnify Vink app against any claims arising from:
·your use of the App
·your User Content
·your violation of this Agreement
·your violation of any law or third-party rights.
This Agreement shall be governed by the laws of [Insert Jurisdiction — commonly Delaware, California, or Singapore], without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
We may update this Agreement from time to time.
If changes are material, we will notify users through the App or website.
Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Agreement.
